Bill Dahlquist has a background in home sales dating back to 1975. Bill owned and
operated Century 21 A-1 Realty from 1984 to December 1999. He continues to hold his Associate Brokers license at MBA Realty Group and handles new home sales.
Jim Ryan began his building career at the early age of 18 working as a rough carpenter.
Jim currently owns and operates Ryan Construction. Jim has a reputation Down River for being a highly skilled mechanic when it comes to home construction. In addition to building homes, Jim is an adept home designer using automated computer assisted drafting. This enables us to make changes to the plans so that we can accommodate our customer needs.
Dahlquist and Ryan formed Dahlquist Ryan Builders, Inc. To take advantage of each others talent, they started building scattered homes in 1989, and in 1982 developed their first subdivision in Trenton on Aspen Court. Although there were only 11 building sites, all 11 were sold and homes built within12 months by the new company.
Aware of the strong demand for housing within the Monroe County Jefferson School District, Dahlquist Ryan purchased a 69 acre parcel for sale just south of St. Charles Catholic Church on Dixie Highway in December of 1994. Today the land is being developed into 169 single-family home sites, and they are currently building out the final phase.
